Who we are

TimeFlow is a product of NXTWAVE FZC, a free-zone company. All commercial activity related to TimeFlow — paid plans, subscriptions, invoicing, and refunds — is operated by NXTWAVE FZC. References to "we", "us", or "the maintainer" in these terms mean NXTWAVE FZC.

Use at your own risk

TimeFlow is provided "as is" with no warranty. It's in active beta — features ship fast, behavior changes between deploys, background jobs occasionally hiccup, and data loss is possible. By using the service you accept that risk and agree not to rely on TimeFlow as a system of record.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Don't share credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out everywhere via the profile page and contact us.

Acceptable use

Don't do illegal things with TimeFlow. Don't try to compromise other users' data, the infrastructure, or anyone's privacy. Don't use the API or scheduling endpoints to denial-of-service the service.

Service changes

We may add, remove, or change features at any time during beta. Major behavioral changes will be communicated through the in-app beta notice or release notes. We'll do our best to avoid breaking changes that lose user data.

Your data

You own the calendar/task/habit content you create. We store it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with it. You can export and delete your data at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service's integrity. Deletion is permanent — your data is removed within 30 days of cancellation.

Payments and subscriptions

TimeFlow is free during beta. When paid plans launch, billing will be handled by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record on behalf of NXTWAVE FZC. That means Paddle is the seller of record for your subscription — Paddle issues your receipts, charges your payment method, collects applicable sales tax / VAT, and handles refunds, while NXTWAVE FZC provides the TimeFlow software itself.

Subscriptions will be sold on a monthly basis at the rate disclosed at checkout (the current intended rate is $5/month, locked for life for users who subscribe during beta; otherwise $10/month at general availability, with an annual option at $96/year). Pricing and the exact list of features included will always be presented clearly at checkout before any charge is taken.

Auto-renewal

Once a subscription is active, it will renew automatically at the same cadence and at the rate that was in effect at the start of your subscription, until you cancel. Renewals will be charged to the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time via the in-app subscription settings or the buyer portal linked from every Paddle receipt — cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active through to its end date.

Refunds

When paid plans are live, every subscription includes a 14-day money-back windowfrom the date of the first charge. After that window, individual charges aren't refundable but cancellation stops the next renewal. Liability

TimeFlow is provided free of charge during beta. To the extent allowed by law, NXTWAVE FZC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost productivity, or missed appointments due to scheduler bugs. If you depend on a meeting being on your calendar, double-check it's there.
